Text, uploaded hero images and generated HTML/ZIP output are processed in your browser. The builder does not upload the generated site to ServiceGigs. Closing the page can discard unsaved content, so download your files before leaving. The website itself and its static assets are served by our hosting provider.
When accounts are enabled, we store account names, email addresses and password hashes, plus any booking requests, form submissions, CRM contacts, portfolio entries and project notes you create. These records are needed to operate the tools. Public booking/form pages receive personal information entered by visitors and make it available to the respective business account holder.
Accounts use password hashing and sessions. We implement access checks and CSRF protections. We do not claim that any internet-connected software is completely risk-free. Do not use the platform to store payment card data, government IDs, passwords or highly sensitive documents.
The workspace uses a necessary PHP session cookie for sign-in and CSRF protection. The provided release does not include Google Analytics or advertising scripts by default. If analytics or advertising are later enabled, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.
Business account holders can remove specific CRM contacts, forms, project records and portfolio items using their dashboards. Other deletion, access or account requests can be sent to support@akworldservice.com. We review applicable requests and lawful recordkeeping needs.
Portfolio owners may include external image links. Visiting or loading these links can contact third-party hosts. We do not use the previously discussed AI providers in this release. Our hosting provider processes server logs and infrastructure operations as necessary for service delivery.
